A technology company that starts with the problem
Khemiq Tecnologia is a Brazilian company founded in 2026 to help businesses solve operational problems with software, integrations, automation and, when it makes sense, artificial intelligence.
What Khemiq is
Khemiq builds custom software, creates integrations and automation between systems, provides technology consulting and offers support and maintenance for applications and for the environments where they are hosted. It also explores the use of artificial intelligence, always according to the feasibility of each project.
Its registered office is in São Paulo, Brazil, and all work is remote, starting with the first contact, which happens by email. In English, communication is in writing.
Why Khemiq exists
Many companies need technology and run into two extremes: off-the-shelf tools that don’t fit the process, or projects with vague scope, unexplained jargon and little visibility into what is being done. At the same time, they hear they need to adopt AI, without knowing where to start or what it really costs.
Khemiq exists to fill the space between the problem and the technology: understand the situation calmly, explain the options clearly and build only what makes sense for the business.
How we choose technology
Technology choices take account of the problem, the budget, who will use the solution and how it will be maintained afterward. Technical feasibility is assessed before taking on the project.
The same goes for artificial intelligence: before implementing it, we assess feasibility, cost, risks and privacy, and compare it with simpler alternatives. When one of them works better, that’s what we recommend.

Diagnosis before proposal
We only propose a solution after understanding the problem, the company’s routine and what already exists. A proposal made without a diagnosis risks solving the wrong thing.

The right tool is the one that solves your case at a reasonable cost and maintenance effort, not the one that happens to be trending.

Clear scope, explained technical decisions and documentation of what was done. You understand what is being built and why.
Defined responsibilities and communication
The proposal identifies who is responsible for the work and how communication will take place. Technical questions are handled by someone who can explain decisions and coordinate delivery.
AI with judgment
Artificial intelligence comes in when it’s feasible and brings a clear benefit. Not every problem needs AI, and saying so is part of the job.
Security and privacy from the start
Data protection and access control are part of planning. Technical measures and responsibilities are agreed according to the project’s data, risks and scope.
Where Khemiq wants to grow
Today, Khemiq focuses on custom services: understanding each company’s problem and building the right solution for it.
Over time, the intention is for recurring problems seen in this work to give rise to Khemiq’s own products. This is a direction for growth, not an announcement: the priority now is doing custom work well.
